Links: The Journal cannot be held liable for links to other sites (for example in the "Istituzioni" and in "Riviste e centri di documentazion e on-line" sections), or for any problems arising or related to use of the site.

Links to the Journal’s site from other sites (whether scientific or institutional) are permitted provided they state the name in full: “Stato, Chiese e pluralismo confessionale” (www.statoechiese.it).

Other sites: The Journal is also available for consultation on the Università degli Studi di Milano website (http://riviste.unimi.it).

Links: The Journal cannot be held liable for the content or materials received via links present on its website. Anyone accessing linked sites does so under their sole responsibility, and must take all measures necessary to prevent any risk of damage to or destruction of the contents of the computer used in the connection.

Links to other sites cannot be considered to indicate sponsorship and/or affiliation by the Journal with the subjects (institutions, research centres, journals) owning and/or managing the aforementioned sites.

Data provided freely by the user: The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails regarding the electronic journal to this site or the Editor-in-Chief, members of the Management Committee or the Editors, result in the acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address which is required for us to reply to the request, as well as other personal data mentioned in the message.

Copyright: The Editor of the electronic journal has no claim and waives any claim that might infringe on the Author’s or Publisher’s rights in accordance with the laws in force.

Newsletter: Notice pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Code: Users’ personal data are processed only to send the weekly Newsletter. Personal data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties. Data may be deleted at any time under the procedure indicated in the body of the Newsletter.

Reproduction: The analogue or digital reproduction of published submissions is permitted. Submissions may be downloaded and printed for personal use.

Liability: Authors bear sole liability for the content of their articles, comments, notes, reviews, etc. The publisher, the Editor-in-Chief and editors of the Journal cannot be held liable for said content.
